How does the treatment look like?

First of all, your whole body would be treated on the full bed. Then, a smaller, specialised appliance would be used on the area most affected. A session takes around half an hour and you would stay fully clothed throughout.

What is Viofor JPS?

“Basic” treatment plan 5 sessions 100 €

This option aims also at improving mild to sub acute conditions. After completing course of 5 treatments clients experience reduction of some symptoms such as pain, swelling and discomfort in the injured area.

“Standard” treatment plan 10 sessions – 175€

This plan is recommended for individuals with sub acute and acute conditions also as a choice for those that want to intensify the effects of basic treatment plan. After completing course of 10 treatments patients feel more comfort, reduction or complete elimination of some of the symptoms of their condition.

“Optimum” treatment plan 15 sessions 225 €

Mainly recommended in case of acute and chronic ailments where the aim of treatment focuses on progressive recovery and improvement in overall state of health. The effects of PMF stimulation accumulate and can last for up to 6 months in cases where relief from other modalities was only temporary.

FAQ

1. What sensation could be expected during treatment?

Usually clients don’t feel anything as magnetic fields are not to be felt by our senses. But in some cases, depending on the condition, the sensitivity of the client and the intensity of magnetic field used, a sensation of warmth or tingling may occur. Particularly in post-traumatic areas of the skeletal system.

2. Are there any side effects of the treatment?

While no serious side effects have been reported, some of the following effects may occur temporarily:

tingling, warmth sensation may occur particularly in the first 3 or 4 days of treatment
sleep disorders: observed only in approx. 3% of elderly clients
irritation or concentration disorders
temporary intensification of pain

3. How many treatments do I need before benefiting from PMFstimulation?

It depends on the condition being treated, its duration, and whether or not the treatment is combined with another form of therapy. Alleviation of pain can be felt often after one treatment, noticeable improvement after 5-6 treatments, visible effects after 10-12, stabilisation of condition after 16-18. 4. How often should a patient be treated?

Acute conditions or some sports injuries may be treated daily, particularly if they are accompanied by significant pain. More chronic problems respond better when treatments are received 2 to 3 times a week, tapering to once a week or once every other week, with improvement.

5. How long does the post-application effects last in organism?

Single application effects last 6 hours. Therapeutic effects show hysteresis (accumulation) – they last long time after the cessation of treatment. To obtain good effects in the case of long lasting chronic disease, PMF stimulation should be applied systematically over period of time. When Viofor JPS is used regularly in chronic diseases we can observe that the symptoms diminish, disease do not progress and recovery is faster.

6. Do I need to prepare myself for the treatment?

No special preparation is needed, the treatment is in full clothing, relaxing and non-invasive. We will only advice not to eat within 1 hour before the treatment and be well hydrated.

7. Can I use magneto stimulation together with other treatments including prescribed drugs?

Yes, this method works very well in adjunction with other treatments eg. physiotherapy, homeopathy or pharmaceutical. For prescribed medication there is a possibility to reduce doses of medicines, especially pain-killers, anti-inflammatory, soporific therefore always ask your physician about any changes to their intake.
